Heres what you do:

  • Download
  • After Downloading Run the Program in the "U" folder called "1201"
  • Give it a minute to start, upon it opening it.. it may look like it does nothing.
  • Let it sit for a minute so it can start. Once you see the 3 bars have green on them, you are good to go.
  • It will open a Internet Explore browser, but you can use Firefox as well.
  • Enjoy browsing ANY site you want!
Warning:Not responsible if someone checks your history.
Note,
If downloading on a School Computer, (North for Example) make sure you save the program to your Documents or somthing. You may not get full access to your download folder which can make things complicated. 
Also,
After you open the program. Give it a sec to see if there is a pop up asking to Run or Cancel it.
Finally,
If you download it in google chrome make sure you right click and ALLOW the program ..  or GC will delete it.
